Path to Wellness

Massage Therapy is a beautiful path that leads us to relaxation. There are many branches of this path that can enhance our ability to find peace and balance in our lives. I personally strive to provide you with opportunities that help reach these deeper levels of relaxation.

Holistic Aromatherapy & Wildcrafted Herbal Infusions

Aromatherapy, Essential Oils, Herbs and Plants can greatly enhance health and wellbeing while bringing deeper relaxation, balance and health to ones life. Understanding the complex components and unique properties of these medicinal oils and plants is incredibly vital and individually based. Aromatherapy stimulates the emotional part of our brain. The impression of the aroma is sent directly to the Limbic System where memories are stored. When stimulated, the Limbic System releases Serotonin which counteracts anxiety and Endorphins which reduce pain. Aromatherapy is a powerful tool. I am confident in my knowledge and ability to personalize Essential Oil blends specific to your health and wellness needs.

Foraging for these amazing Herbal Plants that grow abundantly on our farm keeps me connected, a full circle effect that ties us together, with benefiting Massage Oils that I have Wildcrafted and Infused. You will receive pure, raw, truly natural nourishment for your body... straight from the plants.

Sound Therapy

More than just the relaxing Spa music, I utilize Tibetan Singing bowls that offer a variety of vibrations and tones that relax the body. Stress reduction is one of the most important results of sound healing vibrations. Sound Therapy deeply connects our emotional and physical bodies. Emotional imbalances are the root of many physical diseases. These tones and vibrations affect all cells in our bodies, balance both hemispheres of the brain, cleanses negative energies and emotions, increases energy flow and creativity, stimulates circulation and reduces stress levels.

The Hot tub is a great way to relax the superficial muscle groups by increasing circulation, reducing pain and stiffness and allowing me to spend more time on the problem areas because your muscles are already relaxed.

Color Therapy

I have always associated Massage Therapy with Art. There is a unique connection I make artistically as I sketch the muscles from origin to insertion, moulding them like clay under my fingertips. I love the flowing nature of massage as if gliding a paint brush over a canvas. This project represents a peaceful image as clients enter the massage room, my hopes to encourage relaxation through imagery.

Wine Cellar

A relaxing room where you can de-stress before your massage and continue relaxing even after your massage! Enjoy a glass of wine, coffee, tea, Kombucha or water.

Amethyst Crystal BioMat

This wonderful mat is filled with Amethyst Crystal and gives off FAR Infrared Heat and Negative Ion technology which penetrates deeply into the body promoting self healing. This is an FDA approved medical device which has been shown to boost Immune System function, increase circulation, ease joint pain and stiffness, reduce stress and fatigue, detoxify the body, promote a balanced, calming effect, relaxing the mind and Nervous System.

The best way I can describe it, "the feeling you get when the sun hits your body and just makes you feel good."

Reiki is a Japanese style of stress reduction and relaxation that promotes your bodies healing abilities through light touch and flowing energies.

The goal of Reiki is an art of happiness, gratitude, kindness and mind/body connection.

It finally made sense to me- four years ago-Colorado-my massage experience... remember that email I sent out saying I know I have physically relaxed you but I don't think I have mentally relaxed you??

Well, the mind/body connection became my ultimate goal for not only myself but for you as clients.

I have spent the last four years studying and practicing to see if I could help clients achieve these deeper levels of relaxation and the response of clients pushed me to search for a course to become a Reiki Master.

I am excited to share this milestone in my career.

"In the end we must consider that a Reiki Master isn't one who has mastered Reiki, but one who has allowed herself to be mastered by Reiki." -Unknown
